Okay: it's simple. Your blood chills when you suddenly get cold, right? Well, you get cold whenever your body temperature drops. Your body temperature drops during certain emotional activity in your brain. One emotion: fright. There you go! Or, i could answer like a complete jackass by saying a ghost is trying to possess you, but I'm not going to. :)

Does the hair on the back of your neck stand up also?
You shiver when a possum walks across your grave. (The reason is that possums will eat bodies IF they can get to them).
No matter where you go, someone is watching you. You "feel" it and it affects you.
By the way, your blood does NOT chill......it just feels like it.
Good luck. Pops

The first.. someone walking over your grave. How could you possibly know this? First, you're not dead. Second, unless you're very well organized and have already purchased a plot, you don't even know where your grave is so how could it bother you when someone walks over it? Going with the " I could be buried anywhere " theory, wouldn't it shiver me to see anyone walking anywhere?
And no, you're never alone... if that bothers you, maybe you should re-evaluate your perspective on faith.

Eventually you will find a comfort in knowing these things. Your chill is associated with the fear you have of the truth you know in you subconscious. Embrace and love this powerful gift you have.
