freaky dream HELP?

the other night I had this dream that this doll i used to have (afterwards the trash it went) and it wanted to kill me like it kept bothering me and growing bigger trying to kill and attack me then i went to my brothers rm who was playing video games and i tried to show him the doll then the doll turned its heard and went to choke my brother but i chocked it and i could kinda feel her plastic on my real hands it was trying to KILL ME AND MY BROTHER BUT MOSTLY ME. it was a horror movie i say. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN PLZ HELP

Not gonna give u a BS answer saying that's silly or whatever.There ARE a lot of things that EXIST whether one believes in them or not,that even SCIENCE or experts CAN NOT explain.But I'm NOT here to scare you.

You also have to remember:dreams HAVE a purpose.They are meant to heal the mind from most stressful situation we encounter in our lives everyday.That's why you normally should feel refreshed and RECHARGED when you wake up.Butsometimes somethin bothers us a lot and we take it bed where the mind tries to find a solution for that problem.

Most important of all,MOST TIMES the things in our dreams are SYMBOLIC meaning YOU DON'T AKE THEM LITERALLY!

There are a lot of good books in the library or on the web about how you can interpret your dreams.Remember,they are ALL JUST GUIDES.Eventually,you will find a PATTERN in your dreams and you will be able to interpret the symbols on your own.(they usually advice u to keep a pen/paper/small journal beside yer bed,so u can write them AS SOON AS U WAKE UP-like a log,then you look at your "log" after a week and see any patterns or things that keep showing up.Again-i'm not a dream expert,these stuff i also read myself!)

As for avoiding nightmares:AVOID WATCHING TV or anything stimulating(especialy video games) BEFORE going to bed,read a good book instead!

Another thing that always works for me is I say a few prayers before going to sleep.NOT IMPORTANT WHAT RELIGION you believe in.

do you know that EACH and everyone of us have our own GUARDIAN ANGEL?there are even books that will teach you how you will know your angels name?Some say you also have a spirit guide.but that's another thing.

Probably, it means you should not watch chuckie movies before bed time. Also, you might consider cleaning out your closet of other dolls. Beyond that? dreams don't tend to make a lot of sense. Dreaming of people trying to kill you usually means you have a trust issue with someone.
