First of all- take the male out. You will see obvious male characteristics in a breeding male. Their two holes are also farther apart ( I don't know how indepth I can get with that without this getting kicked out). Then try to separate the male and female babies. They will continue to have a litter every 30 days once they start breeding. What I would suggest is putting an ad in the paper and see if anyone wants them as pets. Otherwise, while it may seem cruel, you could also ask any reptile breeders if they want them, most won't turn down mice.
Whatever you do, do NOT just let them loose outside- one- they may have slow painful death from starvation/cold/etc, or probably would just get eatten right away, or killed by territorial wild mice. They also may carry some normal pet mouse disease that could devated the wild mouse populations (decrease wild mouse, decrease food availability for a LOT of predators). It may sound funny and extreme, but it has happened before.
Good luck on trying to find someone to take them. Pet mice are extremely hard to get rid of as pets and not food.

I had the same problem I had four and thought they were all females but the lady who sold them to me gave me a male too...How was I supposed to know? You can go to a local pet shop and ask them to take them off your hands or you could leave a note on the pet shop door stating what kind of mice they are and put them in a box and set them by the door about 20-30 minutes before the shop opens. At least that way you know they will take care of them.( I would write on the paper that they are pet mice not feeder)
This is what I did and they have no choice but to sell them to other owners
Good Luck and I would put the male mouse in with the box. Ok if you need more help feel free to ask I'm still a owner of 4 of them lol.

Put an add in the paper for free pet mice. They'll be gone before you know it. It worked for me. Also, get rid of the male that got all the females pregnant...you don't want this happening again. If for some reason you can't get rid of all the ones you need to get rid of, seperate the boys from the girls in two seperate cages. If you do that though, expect some fighting to occur within each group.
Good luck!!!

Have you looked up the rescue groups in your area? If you choose not to free them, sell them, donate them to the snake population and noone wants to adopt them, pet rescues will almost always take in unwanted animals.
Oh, if you are serious about having pet mice, you might want to consider spay/neuter; its the responsible thing.

Put an ad in the paper. I'm sure there are reptile owners in your area that would be willing to buy/take them off your hands to use as feeders. It may seem cruel, but it may be your best option if nobody wants them as pets.

You can either sell/give away the babies to people who own snakes & lizards that eat pinky mice, or try to find homes for the babies yourself.
When baby mice are born they are deaf, naked, and blind. Within two weeks the babies will look just like their parents, just smaller. They may be weaned in approximately five to six weeks.

Are you sure that non of the local shelters will take them? Then maybe try giving them to friends and family.

If your really want to get rid of them fast put a give away add in the newspaper. Usually give away adds are free and by giving them away should make it alot easier to get rid of them.
