If you're asking how to make a slide show then it's like this :
You create the slides you want to show, which is very easy. All you have to do is write whatever you want and add the pictures you want (cut and paste - like word). After you're done you can watch it all by pressing F5 (view slides).

go to micro soft office website. You need to have microsoft office.
You could also download openoffice for freeand use presention but I do not know if it will work for microsoft office
