My ex girlfriend took my computer when she moved out. I just got it back, and she has deleted all my files and email. Will my recovery and applications disc that came with the computer, recover the information I am looking for?

if the emails and files were deleted to the recycle bin, you can recover all of them. if they were deleted completely off the drive, you may be able to undelete them using the dos function from the start, run menu option for windows.
