I would say the pressures on because she's only got 5 more dates to put out or she gets kicked to the curb.
I don't know just a rule to live by.

Women like to eat. They don't want guys to ever know it, so they will act like eating is the most disgusting thing on Earth. But if you take her to a decent restaurant and put a nice plate of food in front of her, it will make everything much easier for you. It's also a perfect excuse for her to have a glass of wine as well.

Most of the women I have been with have wanted a commitment of marriage on the second date. Maybe they wanted sex and didnt want to feel guilty about it.

Well that completely depends on who they're dating, at least in my opinion. Yes, for me(if I were single), it would be utterly dependent on who I was dating.
