The easiest and best way to do this would be to use itunes. That will organize all of the music you download and it's free. Once you download the itunes player from this website http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ then you can go to the music store and buy songs for about 99cents each. There are probably free sites around there but they're usually not legal and they can cause problems when you want to burn the music to cd. Anything you buy from itunes can be put on a cd or onto any other devices. Its easy to find music in the music store and there is a lot to choose from.

You have to download LimeWire (the basic version is free) http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml With LimeWire you can download everything for free.
You can not download songs to a CD, you can BURN songs in a CD. To do that you need a program to burn. I recomend you to use Nero http://ww2.nero.com/enu/Downloads.html

to repeat video clips or songs via DVD on your laptop you go with DVD mixture or author open DVD via a default force coming in with disk drives or in my laptop good click on it and open, which folder have video clips purely reproduction it and paste on your desktops force.
