What is the first sign of being pregnant. Im not sure if i am or not what is the first sign

the first signs could include (or not include) any of the following:
Breast tenderness/growth
Light Cramping
Some spotting (the implantation bleeding)
Nausea
Fatigue
Frequent Urination
In some cases *the feeling of being pregnant

The most obvious: Loss of your period.

Keep in mind though if you are anxious about being pregnant your body may mimic these symptoms.

Well there are a couple of signs but no dead on COMPLETELY SURE signs of pregnancy and a missed period isn`t the most reliable source either...But some signs you can check are
*Breast Tenderness
*Nausea
*Heart Burn (if unusual)
*Extreme Tired-ness
*Irritable (Even in the first week u are irritable)

Your body can miss a period if your stressed out about this a lot and there are MANY MANY other reasons your body can miss a period so to make sure go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test! not the store the doctor....They can tell you sooner than any other prdouct out there. If you are under age and don`t want to tell your mom until you are positive, then have a friend or the guy take you to the doctor {Doctors won`t release ANY information without your consent to your mother or any other person on the face of the earth ;-) }

My first sign? Nausea. I took a test the day before I was due and bam! pregnant. Other signs include breast tenderness, bloating, slight cramping, irritability, being more tired, and cravings. Of course those could also be from PMS. Also some women have implantation bleeding a bit before their period is expected. That is a spot or slight staining of blood. The most definite sign though(other than labor of course) is a missed period and a positive test. Answer is the best for early testing. It measures the smallest amount of HcG. Good luck!

Everyone is different. For me there were a couple things. I kept feeling like I was going to start my period any minute and it never came. My breasts were a little sensitive (for a longer then normal period) and being a woman I am very self conscious of my stomach, and when I would try to stand up straight and suck it in, it felt like I couldn't. That's just me though. Good luck if you are.

there are many different sighs. for me it was i became sick. for others i knew they became irritable or tired most of the time. it really depends on the woman and how far along she is. some people don't even relaize they are pregnant until 2/3 months others wks. if you think you are pregnant you should got get a pregnancy test done. Everyone is different. My first pregnancy, in spite of the late period, tender breasts, stuffy nose, nausea, and fatique, I didn't get a clue until I realized that all things with scent made me massively nauseated. (It took me until I was 7 weeks pregnant to figure it out.) I started to realize I was pregnant for the third time because my nose was congested (this happens to me each pregnancy) and it was making me snore at night. In spite of my nasal congestion, I was hyper-sensitive to all smells and things I normally like to eat taste funny to me. Good Luck!
