I can't get rid of it want it off. I have tried to delete going to the control panel and deleting but it will not delete it out don't have no clue what to do.

You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

I don't understand your question--if this spybot is a program you would need to go to add/remove and delete files found in search. There is a program, free program called Spybot Search and Destroy that can be downloaded on your computor and picks up spy ware--I use it and it very good, another to try is Trend Micro who right now has a free 30 day trial which removes those and malware, plus other things, Adaware from Lavasoft Free version who blocks problems...and there are other spyware programs that are good and many are free such as Microsoft Windows Defender. Your Antivirus program run in soft mode might even be some help. Be sure everything is updated and kept that way.

go to ms website and search the data base for that program. it will tell you how to delete it. or, you can download the trial version of liveonecare and run it. it should find and delete it for you. lastly, find a anti-virus and anti-spyware program and put it on your machine. several free ones for virus are available, and ms liveonecare is fairly cheap, at less than forty dollars for the full program. the trial is full but is limited to about 60 days.

Spybot Search & Destroy that Punisher recommended is definitely a good one. Another thing you can do is an online virus scan at http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/
