Given that fact, it is not likely that all people that used the bow, thought of it simultaneous. I probably migrated as a tool throughout the earths population over time.

You could possibly relate the arrow to the spear, but what's a bow without an arrow and vice versa?

No, different cultures evolved at different times and each culture had different environments
the different environments caused the civilisations to need different things at different times
so, coastal cultures evolved better boats, fishing equipment, etc while Desert cultures found ways to conserve water, breed camels, and irrigate, while other cultures evolved other things
