Or does it just need to be on the day that I'm ovulating? Since we may not know the exact date, is it a good idea to try every day during the time which I'm supposedly fertile?

Every other day is best. If you really want to know the exact date, get an ovulation predictor kit from the drug store (it doesn't have to be expensive). Start testing on the 10th day after your period starts. Test every morning until the test indicates you are ready to ovulate. Then have sex that night, the next morning and every other day for one week. Those are the instructions my doctor gave me when I was trying to concieve. Good Luck!

You can do that, but every other day is probably better. You are fertile for up to 3 days before you ovulate and about 2 days (48 hours) after. Since the sperm can survive for up to 3 days after sex, they can still fertilize the egg when ovulation occurs. Anyways, just have fun with it!
When I was trying to conceive, I stayed away from anything with caffeine in it, coffee, tea, soda... it helps and is easier to abstain when you get pregnant!

Depends on how old you are, if you are under 30 then you ovulate for around five days, the number decreases with age.
Bum up are the best positions so the sperm flows to the uterus and stay in that position for as long as possible afterwards.

you need to have sex sex every 3rd day when you are ovulating, reason being male sperm is always stronger every 3rd day after ejaculation.
