Moneypenny here (Giggs is 007's better half)
I would like a button I can press to turn me on in a split second so I can keep up with his sex drive. There is little time for foreplay with an 8 month old baby in the house.

If I could add anything it would be wings, then maybe there wouldn't be as much pollution, and it would be easier to get to places. I don't think the sky would be as crowded as the ground.

I am a physical therapist and I agree that the human body is a wonderful and beautiful thing. The only thing I can think of that should be changed is our inability to regenerate new parts for all of those that become injured, diseased, or lost (for whatever reason). And, like anything we value, it should receive the best care and maintenance possible.

I was inspired by another respondent's answer! Yes, wings and GILLS would be nice!

hahahahaha No-Brainer. I would love to have a second pair of arms with hands at the end... only have them retractible, so they could be "put away" when I didn't need the extra limbs, but could run them out , during those many times in the course of a day when I could have the whole problem solved in a flash if I didn't have to ask some other person to lend me one of theirs.

I need at least another pair of hands to accomplish more work but that might require interchangeable heads for the additional work.

Something needs to happen with the knees. They really are not designed as well as they could be (as evidenced by all the people with knee problems).

Something that will prevent twisting and torquing
