Depends on your car and desired power increase. Wet shot has more potential for power, at a higher cost and more difficult install (highly recommend a performance shop if you are inexperienced). Dry shot uses the existing fuel system to supply the additional fuel, so it requires less components but is limited by the maximum output of your fuel system. From a reliability standpoint, us a dry shot system with under 75 horsepower.

One is really no better then the other they are just different. A while back I was talking to a friend that was using wet shot NOS on his car 64 Ford V8 carburetted and he had never even heard of a dry shot. For him adding a fuel pump and plumbing to get the extra fuel he needed with the with the NOS made perfect sense. On newer cars with fuel injection adding a second fuel pump is not as straight forward so the easy solution is to trick the computer in to thinking that more fuel is needed when you are using NOS.

You can do one or the other; either nitrous or supercharger, but not both on a street car. The engine will probably take either power-adder with no appreciable adverse effects. Nitrous is quick to install, cheaper, but you have to refill the bottle periodically. If your goal is more usable street power, the supercharger is the way to go. If you want to take the car to the drag strip occasionally, go with a 100-shot of nitrous. The link below lists where there's a nitrous system available for your car.
