Mugwort. Put a little pillow of it under or near you're pillow, that is what I heard about it on coasttocoastam.
So then, I asked a question about mugwort on Yahoo Answers.
That is where i found out that it is from the Artemesia family, known worldwide for helping people remember dreams.
I wouldn't recommend swallowing it in anyway, however.
All the good remedies to help with sleep should work, too. Keep you're bedroom a little on the cool side, it is better for hybernating! Just kiddin'
Slow down at night. Don't watch alot of t.v., read a book instead but one that does not take to much of you're attention to read.
Don't worry, Be happy. And give things over to you're sleep to be worked on, instead of working them out in you're conscious mind in bed, sometimes.
Honor you're dreams, they are often way more than you're imagination. That should help, too.

Super Snooz In with Melatonin from the Vitamin Shoppe helps, it affects the part of the brain that dreams.
In Neurology, we did an experiment I'm sure many have done but it worked for us, maybe it'll work for you,
When you start to wake up in the morning, DO NOT open your eyes, even a little. Keep them closed, try and remember as much of your dream as possible. When you KNOW you are awake and have the dream as firmly in your grasp as you think you're going to get it, THEN open your eyes, not a second before.
Unless it was an amazing dream if you open your eyes before you have the dream really firm in your mind, it just will disappear.
Good luck and sweet dreams.

I'm not sure about how to dream more but I head somewhere once that when you wake up, you should just open your eyes and try to physically remain in the same position to try to remember your dream.. don't move around too much. It always seems to work for me. Good luck! Dreams are awesome. :)

In order to remember your dreams you must write them down as soon as you get up....that way you sort off keep a diary/journal, and you can see if you are having reacurring dreams with any real meaning. To be able to dream more there really isn't much you can do except, settle yourself down comfortable in bed, and try to erraicate all of the negative thoughts of the day, and clear your mind, this might help as you drift off into your REM (sleep).....

go to bed on a regular schedule. wake on regular schedule also. keep a note pad and pen by your bed when you wake write as much down as possible. when you first wake is when you remember the most of the dream. do not take any drugs, even over the counter, or drink alcohol. your REM cycles will be different resulting in an unrestful sleep.

if you're not remembering them, this could mean that you have some kind of emotional stress... once you talk to someone and get rid of this emotional stress.. you will be able to remember your dreams again..
or..
there is something called the dream recall method...
you can give this a try as well..
but i really recommend getting rid of the emotional stress.. and you will feel much better.. :)
este es para te..
