you can't really go on for tasting acids as the corrosive nature corrodes away one's taste buds... but i understand ur view to this question, so what i feel is if its a mineral acid,may be it w'd hav got a iron type of heavy taste or if its organic it w'd hav a deep eccentric sort of taste(imagination). try out some vinegar(acetic acid) for a change....

DO U EVER TASTE VINEGAR.BECAUSE VINEGAR IS AN ACETIC ACID.AND THE TASTE OF VINEGAR IS SOUR SO THE TASTE OF ACID IS SOUR TOO.

i say u try concentrated nitric or HCl....

It has a sourish taste
and sorta burns
think orange juice
only much more dangerous
