I think a lot of people think it is where you are more focused on working and supporting a family instead of the going out and partying and doing whatever they want without restrictions. I think anyone can be settled, if they have their minds focused on what is right.

You are to young and intelligence with a lot of opportunity await you to concern and/or worry about settling down with a family. There is no rules that set an age to setter down. Only God make those rules and time to settle down not people. Because you don't know what the future hold for your life and don't worry such thing forces on today not to yesterday, or tomorrow just to day because nobody know what the future has for us and we can't correct what happen yesterday because we will never see yesterday again in like. press forward to your mark.

I think different than a lot of people out there do by a long ways. I think that once you start seeing someone, that that person is the only one you should be seeing. If you are living with someone, you should have enough respect for them AND your self not to see anyone else at all.

So in my books whether you are just living with or married to someone you should be wanting to "settle down" with that person. If you are not ready for that, then you are not ready to settle down PERIOD!!

Settling down just means that you have found the one person in your life that you want to spend the rest of your life with and don't want no other person.

Unmarried people can be settled. Marriage is just what society expects from people. But marriage isn't for everyone.

Settled means the whole "nest" thing. Husband, wife, children, pets, home, no other sexual incounters outside the marriage.

Yes, several single parents can be settled, but most aren't happy to be settled. They want another person in their life. Want more kids perhaps. Will have different lovers. That's not being settled.

settling down is a term used for people who are no longer living a life of bachlor(ett)hood. Unmarried people who are commited to one an other are settled down. but as these types of relationships are uncommon in our culture, the term is used for married couples. settle down with your special only, or rock out with your bachlorhood. either way, enjoy life.

Because one you get married, then you will only sleep with 1 partner: either your husband or your wife.
So think twice whether you want to spend the rest of ur life w the person or not.
Good Luck

Because you stop running around and sleeping with people. It's monogamy from now on, at least in a healthy marriage.
