No. The trick is to avoid overheating the testicles, as this can lower your sperm count, but it doesn't work in reverse.
You might get a touch of frostbite though!

Experts say that keeping the testicles cool helps keep sperm healthy. Also they say wear loose fitting boxers dont put your mobile in your pockets and dont put anything by your testicles that generates heat. You can try putting cold water on the testicles if you want to it wont cause any harm. If i was you i would get a book on this matter because there are foods that can help increase the sperm count. Good luck.

Nope; you might decrease it though.
Remember testicles require a temperature just slightly under normal body temperature in order to achieve maximum sperm output. Thus ice being so cold would tend to inhibit production. Similarly setting them in a fire would like wise lower production but from excess heat rather than excess cold.
Thus I would not recommend packing them in ice but if you want a little thrill, try rubbing an ice cube up the middle of the scrotum and along the underside of the penis to the tip. I suspect you will find that to be quite a turn on.

There are many theories about how to increase sperm production and many of them have been through the grapevine. The decision of what treatment to try should be initiated by understanding why it is low and to determine if there is a way to fix the root cause. That question can only be answered by a physician who will have taken a complete medical history and a pertinent physical examination. So if you have a problem get in touch with your GP who should later refer you to a specialist. Another way of enhancing your sperm production is to stop worrying much about the whole issue and let the specialist do the worrying. Should you be diagonised as impotent, then cheer up as this isn't a death penalty, even those on their death bed do try and force a smile.

There are many ways you can increase sperm production better than through iced water. Sperm to produce properly need to be 2 degrees cooler than the rest of your body. Cool fitting underwear is one way to improve sperm count, another is through diet, avoid caffine and eat foods rich in zinc as it is one of the main ingredients, abstain from masturbation and take regular excercise. These can be factors and all things you could do.

No.first the doctor should test and say the sperm count is low.Even one sperm can make woman pregnat(theoretically).Besides the moblity of sperms is another factor.Sperm count has nothing to do woth sexlife. It is just sufficient to have an ejaculation.Sperm count is only for making woman pregnant.
Vitamin E.germinated seeds(eating),dates.almond nuts ,gooseberries etc are natural supplements to increase sperm count.

No, the testicles are positioned where they are for the ambient temperature to produce sperm. If the testicles get cold they raise up nearere the body, if too warm they drop.
Things to do to help:
Showers
Wear boxers
Don't wear tight fitting jeans etc..

Sperm counts can be lowered by keeping the testicles to warm, but that does not mean that the opposite is true!

No, although sperm is made at a slightly lower temperature than you body. That is why when you are cold your balls tend to shrivel(they are moving closer to your body to gain heat. And when your hot they drop ( they move further away to cool down. The best thing to do to MAINTAIN (because you cant increase it) is to wear lose fitting clothing and it is recorded that men that wear boxers produce the most sperm.
