Often they do, but not always. If your hymen has been broken through sports or activity, there may not be any blood at all.

A hymen is not something that "breaks", it is a tissue that sits in the opening of the vagina and that already has an opening in itself. When a girl bleeds during first intercourse, it is because the hymen stretches, and then it might tear a little. Some girls are born without one, most girls already stretched theirs by practicing sports.
So some girls do bleed during their first time, but this usually is minimal and hardly painful. This doesn't have to happen during first intercourse either, it can be second, third etc... It can also happen with a different partner depending on the size of the man.

some do some dont. Bleeding tends to be when the hymen breaks, which is a thin membrane that covers the opening to the vagina. By the time most girls loose their virginity the hymen has normally already torn/ stretched due to physical activity, however some girls may have some remaining and may bleed a little.

Not always it depends on whether or not the hymen is intact and this can be broken in a fall or by using tampons. Bleeding does not indicate a virgin as some girls hymens are less dense that others and the membrane is smaller and less vascular.

It depends on whether your hymen(cherry) has been broken or not.this is bit gross but I lost my cherry from a finger not a penis and bleed for a couple hours after but i walked like a cow girl all day.the truth is sex the first time for a women is **** **** **** it's painful and not enjoyable(enough to put some women off for good) discover your own body before you let any inexperienced melon squeezing male near you .when you know your own body it is a much more exciting and enjoyable experience to have penetrative sex with a man.trust me a good man will know multiple orgasms are must for any women!

it is only natural to bleed after having sex for the first time due to the hymen being broken, however if a girl was to use tampons prior to loosing their virginity they may not bleed.

In some cultures, if they don't bleed on their wedding night - ie first sex - then the wedding can be annulled. Egypt is a classic in this!! The blooded sheet is shown to the assembled entourage.

sometimes and then some bleed more than others.
Others don't bleed at all because they might have gotten injured in their childhood years and caused it to break at that time.
