Superman just uses his X-ray eyes that could burn the spider webs. But I think they will not fight because they are positive and have integrity personality.

Well superman has a big weakness in that he is defenceless against green cryptonite, but on the other hand members of the public may resent spiderman, because he has the genes of a spider and ppl are afraid of things they do not understand!
So i reckon Superman wuld win!

I would say spiderman... He'd just point and laugh at Superman wearing his undies on the outside of his suit...
Superman would leave with clothing 'issues'....

Spider-Man,.. in the M2 ( the Universe where it's 15 years in the future of when the typical Marvel time line is currently at and everyone seems to have a Teenager about 15 years old) Spider-Man can Lift/Pull/Move/Throw 1000 Tons or was it 100 Tons. Anyways, that is probably stronger then Superman. Spider-man does have that adventage of a brain, too,.. so the usual " He can just get Kryptonite" senerio is posible. Spider-Man also is friend with people like The Black Cat who would steal Kryptonite in a Heart Beat (especially her, she loves him friend, date, or foe).
Then you can get into the other things connected with Spider-Man. The Alien friends, the friends from the future,.. and the InterDimensional Beings that find it easy to communicate with Spider-Man because of his Extra-Sense he calls his Spider-Sense... One of these beings currently being about 4 beings that owe him big time and are the result of matter & energy you can not comprehend from many different "Universes" and Star Systems in many different Dimensions becomeing distorted and reorganizeing into a sentiant being,.. that was too powerful for one solid physical form and in weakness of curiosity tried to become one physical being that blew up into many,... yadda yadda yadda.
Anyways, Spider-Man win against Superman if required.
