I need help with c.v!?

I am a BA (Hons) fine art student and I have 1 week to write a c.v and letter for application for my career's file. I have looked for samples and cannot find any. Can anyone help me???? Pleeeeeeeease!!

start with sub heading personal
you need name age date of birth, national insurance number and address.
next subheading is qualifications to incluse G.C.S.E alevels and any degrees.
next heading employment history start with most recent state who u worked for the adress and how long for also why you left.
next heading hobbies and intrests.
next heading is extra information.
state what you can bring into the job what makes you stand out. this is your chance to sell yourself.
