Such as 'My Dear' or 'My Love'? Does anyone still use these terms?

I love them. But then, I am old-fashioned. Such things will never die, as long as the terms are handed down amongst the generations. Heck, your posting this question may help keep them alive.

I love using those terms! They mean so much. They are intimate and loving. I use "darling" a lot for my love, or "dear heart". Makes us both feel very special and loved.

I just say my baby or gorgeous babe nowadays. I think they have a similar meaning. As far as letters or messages I rarely use 'My dear' anymore...just wail right in with the name.
