When there is more sexual implication than any other expression to it. When we go like "OK,OK we get THAT point already, now show us some dancing" then you tend to deem is a vulgar.
One very clear case is unappropriate touching. When dancers touch each other or themselves in ****** way that is vulgar.

Contemporary mores. What may seem vulgar today, may be blasé or old hat in a decade. Remember The Charleston?

Dance means rhythm. Ry them is vibration of life. Life vibrate when it is light like wings. Wings help flying when it feels happy. So, Dance can't be a vulgar one. It is ur taste & mood how do u accept that. How do u obseve it. But still it is vulgar when it has no grammer.

if you are going at it on the dance floor. Gross!
at highschools any dancing just dissipates into teenagers humping each other to the beat. we need to bring back classy ballroom dancing and it won't look like group freaking.

when u start to kiss or touch in those places. we cannot do that. we need to leave viewers in their own imagine. thats how a dance becomes sexy.
