Depending on your state... But considering that most states look in higher regard of the mother regardless of her past.. The father is shootin blanks.. His odds of getting her even if he lived in state are fairly low.. Unless he's willing to shell out the dollars and I don't mean a few G's I mean close to 12 G's... You got nothing to worry about.

If he supports her as much as u do he has every right to her as u do. Just becuz he lives out of state doesn't mean u r entitled to full custody. The court will weigh what is the best interest for the child and rule accordingly and sometimes whether u like it or not it may go his way. The child will live with u 1/2 the year and 1/2 the year with him so she can get used to both of u equally. So get ready to hear the worse or in the child's case the best.

No, he doesn't have a chance, unless of course he can prove your an unfit mother. Maybe he's been working at this court thing and info on you. He may have just cause.

IF he can prove your unfit, I'd be getting my act together and clean up any thing he can try and prove.

Never know he could have a good attorney

My advice is to get a lawyer! I do NOT think the judge will allow him to take your baby out of state, but you need a lawyer just in case I'm wrong. The chance of that happening is not worth the money it will cost for hiring a lawyer. You have the rest of your life to pay the lawyer......don't take that chance without one. Good Luck!!

no i dont think the court well allow that .but then again it is the baby father.but since the mother has legal right over the baby i dont think the judge well allow the baby to leave the state.

Better go to the court right away so you know what is up.

GAWD, I hope not. Hopefully he is only doing this to push your buttons and he isn't serious. If not, hopefully a judge would see this just as crazy as I do.
