The mere fact that you still have the same girlfriend after a decade shows that you have committment issues. Why aren't you married to each other? I don't consider a 10 year courtship rushing into anything.
If my husband was only my boyfriend after 10 years, I would assume that he has most likely been messing around on me at some point. By the same token, there would be a huge chance that I was messing around on him. Otherwise, we should be legally committed. (Sorry that it doesn't work that way for same sex couples...maybe now that the Dems are in charge...)
So, I think the fact that you are even thinking of having a sexual relationship with your girlfriend's sister just means that you are REALLY looking for a foolproof plan to end your relationship, your gf's relationship with her sister, and any relationships that have been forged around your relationship with your girlfriend.
Mutual friendships? Not anymore. Buddies with her cousin? Buh-Bye! Friends you met through her? Seeeee-yaaaaa! Oh, and some people who were your friends first....well, now they are only HER friends.
There are countless attractive women walking around out there; There is only one women who has been your girlfriend for 10 years.

You don't have to tell her. Just sleep with the sister anyway. Her sister would never tell because she would feel to guilty.
Now when the Girlfriend finds out - and she will - that stab vest idea that was mentioned would come in handy.
My true suggestion? Get out of that relationship before hurt that poor girl and her sister. Things like this can tear unrepairable rifts in a family. My mom once slept with her sisters husband and to this day my aunt would sooner spit on my mom than talk to her.

That depends on how interested you are in keeping your girlfriend around for another 10 years or so?
I don't think there's anything wrong in telling her that you think her sister is attractive. But to admit that you fantasize about her sister? That's walking into some troubled territory. How would she ever know that when you're making love to her, that you're actually thinking about her and not her sister?

About the same way your gf would tell you she knows this guy and thinks of being with him while she's with you. How well would that go over? Rules of humanity: you never date the sister or brother, there is no insult greater in the entire universe. I know a moron who actually mentioned this, hahahahaha, you know the weather in Etobicoke isn't so bad this time of year. That's where he woke up a few days later all his stuff packed for him, and no return ticket. May I suggest you not drink with any relatives after this announcement.

Oh man, there is no way to tell a girl that - and if her sister would do that to your now girlfriend, then I don't think you would really want her either. Give your girlfriend a break - break up with her.

First of all, temptation was experienced since the beginning of time, but it has consequences as you know, so you say attraction? well, attraction you will experience for many other girls in the future, therefore weight out the consequences, which will of course outnumber the ones listed above. oh and it will definitely be a million times worse than described by my fellow answerer's...It's your choice because you'll pay the consequences.

DONT! do you really wanna leave the one you love for the one you like...yeah its probably just a fantasy..i doubt her sister (who has probably known of you for 10 years as well) will be offended if you would ever think of breaking her sisters heart to be with her..and then you'd probably lose both of them..

If you aren't a totally scum of the earth, living under a rock kind of man, then you NEVER tell her and you NEVER act on your "attraction". If you can't control your animal instincts, then make a clean break with the whole family and let it go.
Nothing good will ever come of your moving on your lust.
