Yes.
The culture has changed. Discipline is no longer a part of a child's upbringing. Consideration for others; Responsibility; Accountability; Empathy; Courtesy; Manners -- once considered essential in child rearing, have been disregarded.

I work in a school district here in Jersey and I can tell you that yes, there are a lot of rude and spoiled kids around here that needs a good kick up their a'ss!
But, there parents are like them. Very rude and ignorant-they could not care less on how their kids dress or what.
now, do not get me wrong. There are a lot of good parents out there who have equally good kids. Whenever I come across these kids, I talk to them because I realize that they are very mature for their age. And, they are really cool to talk to.
Other then that, kids today are spoiled and rude and rotten and mean. When you find one NOT like these examples, you are lucky. They are hard to find.

I know a few kids I'd consider really good but the rest of those heathens are just hellcats!!! I see some when I'm out shopping sometimes that just make me want to go up to their parents and slap them. Those parents act like they're afraid to discipline the kids when it's their job and responsibility.

yes they are. It kills me how they walk in the middle of the street and wont even move over when a car approaches. Its like they are daring us to hit them or that they are so much all that they feel they dont have to move until they are good and ready. Whats up with that anyway. And the way I here some of them talk to their parents is ridiculous, If i would have talk to my mother like they talk to theirs I probably wouldnt be here to tell you about it. But I never would have because I have to much respect for my mother and father.

Of course they are. It is so annoying. It is the parents fault for not disciplining their kids.
