As it differs from authority to authority the best place to check is your local authority website. There will be links to education and schools. If you are trying avoid children at half term for a holiday the middle two weeks in Feb should cover most state schools.

Depending on the school, it's usually the second week of February.

Having studied in Portugal (where there are no half terms, but instead three months of summer hols!) for five years and then moving to England, i never did get used to them and found they considerably disrupted my learning.

Schools break up friday the 9th of february 2007.Then go back Monday the 19th of february2007.

It's usually in febuary, the week of the 21st in 2007 will be 19th-23rd
