PayPal is a money exchange thing. If you want to send money with a guarantee, then try that or http://www.westernunion.com

For the highest level of protection, use your credit card. When you buy something that is BOGUS, you can simply call the credit card company to STOP the money payment. American Express is awesome. They are a REAL BANK. (paypal sucks).

Good luck and Happy Computing!

The service depends on the seller, not you. Just don't do business with any sites that use bad grammar & spelling. And don't type your credit card or debit card numbers on any web page that doesn't have https:// at the beginning of the web address, just on the order page.

Don't do business with any website that does not tell you the physical location of their company.
