So I'm with my group of friends at the club and the hole night they keep talking about this really hot blonde across the room from us. I'm the type that goes out with my buddies just to hang out and have a good time regardless of girls. Time goes by and they're still talking about her when all of a sudden she comes up to me and starts flirting. She tells me that she goes to ISU and says to give her a call so that we can hang out and party.
I'm such an IDIOT that I totally forgot her name and have no idea when or how to call her.
All I have is her cell number without a name; What should I do??

Just tell her that you forgot her name and ask what it is. Don't invent a bizarre excuse to magically produce it from some contrived question - it will sound bizarre.
Just be direct.

When you call her ( and you must), start out with " I'm the guy from the club the other night". And when the time is right , tell her you feel like a fool because you can't remember her name, you were too busy looking at her eyes.
Sure it sounds corny, but it'll get the name, and she'll still be flattered , corn or not.
DISCLAIMER: You'd better be damn sure you can remember what color her eyes are , not just her .........shape.

stay away from letting her recognize you have forgotten her call in case you could. once you text textile her confirm you sign off with "josh" or regardless of and doubtless she'll do the comparable. Or once you call her hear for buddies in the history that could call her via call and it will come back to you, or as a least motel, ask her to call you approximately getting at the same time around 7 this night and then whilst she calls do no longer answer (tell her you have been in the washing room or walking the canines or regardless of) maximum folk leave their call and style on a message gadget and then call her good back all out of breath and say "oh, sorry, sue, i did no longer make it till now the gadget picked up", how approximately dinner Friday? good success and God Bless.

I have a friend who asks people how to spell their name when he can't remember what it is. It usually works. And if it turns out to be something simple that you can't misspell, like Amy or something, just make up something like "Well, my friend dated this one girl named Amy who spelled it with an 'ie' at the end and she was really touchy about people getting it wrong." Hope it all works out. : )
EDIT: Another thing is to do as a lot of other people said: just tell her up front that you didn't catch her name (she probably doesn't know your friends were all talking about her). My now-best friend and I had been talking for months but I couldn't remember what his last name was so one day I just asked him. A few weeks later he admitted that he couldn't remember what mine was either and didn't want to sound stupid and ask me.

Give her a call. She picked you out of all the other guys in the room to give her number to. Just tell her you were so struck by her beauty that you forgot her name. Better to be honest up front and take your chances. If she was truly interested she won't mind.

Thats easy, just call her 'you' or huni or darling or something. i mean its not important to say her name when talking to her is it? she knows your chatting to her. then just hope and pray, that somehow someone mentions her name - and this time pay attention! Goodluck

Call her and start a conversation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont think she'd mind-- jsut ask what her name is again, and dont make it a huge deal, just ask!!!!!! Basically anytime, a grl is gonna pick up her cell phone when it rings!!! I dont think it matters when you call her--just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
