I'm moving house soon and buying a new washing machine. My clothes normally just need freshening up rather than a deep clean, so I'm looking for a washing machine that has a quick wash cycle. Any suggestions?

Try indeset they are excellent machines and cheap to run. Look for the A graded machines.

Don't know exactly, but I can recommend an LG direct drive one. They are fab at washing everything has variavle spin speed, and has a pretty short (45 minutes) hand wash cycle which I often use as a quick wash cycle for freshening up. Hasn't shredded anything in the 6 months I've had it. They are very quiet very energy efficient - it figures out with "fuzzy logic" how much washing there is in there so it only uses the amount of water it needs and also if you get the one with the faster spin option big fluffy towels are dry in no time. Very sad to enthuse so much about a washing machine but there you go. Praise where praise due! Good luck.

A lot of washing machines now have a quick wash setting which takes about 30-40 minutes,and some do even have a` refresh` cycle.
My washing machine is an Indesit,and that has a `daily` programme on it,and takes approx 30 minutes.

Over the years I've had a few washing machines, all had a quick wash, which normally is about 30 - 40 mins, don't know of any which have a shorter quick wash x x

I have got a Hoover Nextra Supersilent, it's got different spin speeds from 800 to1600 and a quick wash cycle of less than half an hour. In fact it's the only cycle I use, it does a good job and I can't see the need for all the other programmes. It's also quiet as its name suggests

I have an indesit washing machine. Only cost 200.00 from currys and the quick was is 25 mins. Very good.

My washer has a 45 Min's cycle short spin or a 20 Min's rinse & fresh its a Sosch Exxel 1200 spin had it for years best machien i've had.
Or try the old fashioned twin tub you decide how long it washes for
