joe perry STILL plays in Aerosmith..He is a GREAT guitar player for the band!!

Yes he was the founding member. He left in the early 80's and from his band The Joe Perry Project. I loved that band listen to it if you can find any songs. Brad Whitford also left the band at the same time. They left the band over spilled milk.
All the members of Aerosmith had a tough time with drugs. Joe perry was living in a half way house. The band got back together with a sober Joe perry to produce the album Done with mirrors. It didn't do so well. Then the most unusual thing happened Run Dmc was going to remake Walk This Way . So Steve Tyler and Joe Perry did there part on the album.
Then Aerosmith was rediscovered to a new generation, and released Permanent Vacation and enjoyed sucess with the orginal band members reunited and sober.

Yeah, Joe Perry played lead guitar. Ican't imagine anyone knowing Joe Perry but not knowing that he was in Aerosmith.

No! Katy Perry is like in her 1920s, and Joe Perry is particularly like old adequate to be her father (even nonetheless i assume circumstances like that have befell formerly, lol). No, she's relationship the lead singer of Cupid's Chokehold.

Actually , he also played...a cop on a tv show a while back, but he's still in Aerosmith - sharing guitar duties with Brad Whitford , no not the actor "Brad whitford". LOL!
