Hmmm... I would want to try somehow to make it a day that my family remembered as being fun and enjoyable. I would spend all day with them, taking them to place my children enjoy... the zoo, etc.

From a purely biological imperitive, I would visit my local sperm bank.
Then I'd go to the best restaurant in town and have a really sumptuos meal with the best bottle of wine on the menu.
Then I'd make sure my will was in order.
Then I would go to the airport and rent (steal, if necessary) a small airplane and go flying - something I've always wanted to do. I'd head out over the ocean, because landing is trickier than taking off, I understand.
Then I'd die.

Call my family and friends and tell them I love them. Call my boss and thank him for being the best. Spend the day with my husband. Pet the cats. Say goodbye to everyone on Yahoo! Answers. Cry a little beacuse I'm really not ready to check out yet.

Contact the people I love and tell them so but NOT tell that it is my last day. Make sure all legal papers are in order. Spend one hour alone in prayer. Then tell my wife its my last day and spend the rest of my time with her. Most likely with a small bon fire in the back yard and hold each other until I go.

If I knew it was, I would give all I have to the poor and ministries I believe to be truely doing the work of winning souls for Christ. I would say goodbye to friends and family. I would thank God for salvation through Jesus Christ and sing praise songs for a long time in anticipation of getting to see my Savior. And I would take a long walk outside and just listen to see what the Lord might speak to my heart.
