You just did.So first,you click on the ask button on the top of
the screen then you type your question and the details,and then yahoo
gives you a list of recommended categories then click on preview
and then you click submit.the default length of time for your question
to be open is 3 days but you can extend it to 7 days,and you can choose
a best answer after 4 hours.

Okay...there is quite a bit of ironic-ness to this question, but I'll answer it anyways. Go to the top of the page where it says "ask." click on that...then type in your question, some details to your question, and what category you want your question under. It's pretty self-explainitory.
