For me it was plain crackers (like saltine or soda) and gingerale. A good tip is to remove anything from your house and kitchen, if you can, that has a smell that nauseating to you. For me, smells played a big role in my nausea. Ventilate when you cook, and if you can, cook with milder foods and spices. Being tired can add to the weak/sleepy feeling. When your kids nap (if they do) try to get a little snooze in.
Sometimes carrying around something like a hankerchief with the anti-nausea type smelling oils works (like lemon). If you take pre-natals vitamins, take them later in the day with dry toast or crackers.
For me it was rest, smells, rest, smells! Those two did it. Do what you can to counteract your exhaustion and smells of cooking.
Drink a lot of water, get plenty of rest.

I feel for you. I went through the same thing. I was sick until I was around 19 weeks and I have 3 boys I have to take care of. It was soooo terrible. I couldnt get out of bed, couldnt help them with homework. It was 24/7 and I even got meds too from the doctor, but I know what you mean when you say they made you very tired. I felt guilty for not being able to take care of my kids the proper way. My husband works out of town , so that was even worse. I threw up everyday, but I do know that when I ate a full meal I felt better for a while. They say to eat small frequent meals, but that seemed to make it worse for me. Nothing worked, I tried everything. Try eating a full meal in the morning once , see if that helps. For some strange reason Orange Juice and sweets, made me feel better. You would think that would make a person sicker, but it didnt. I drank tons of OJ. Have you tried those Sea Bands. It didnt work for me with this pregnancy, but it did for my 2nd. It could work for you. I got mine at Wal Greens. They have them at Wal mart too. I honestly cant think of much more. I just know it was the worst with having other kids you have to take care of , so I totally understand. Good Luck, and I hope it doesnt last too long for you.

First, I say, try to get as much help as you can with your two boys. Maybe in the evening get prepared for the morning by putting cereal in those bowls with the lids or cook their breakfast at night and in the morning you'll just have to warm it up. You're probably feeling okay at night, so get their clothes together, baths, etc. It'll help you to be able to relax more in the mornings, if you are sick.
Anyway, what helped me are ginger snaps or plain crackers. Ginger is great for nausea, actually. Keep either of these with you at all times! I hope you feel better and congrats!

Keep food on your stomach at all times. Carrying around some dry cheerios or something along those lines will help so you can keep some on your stomach. Potatos are a really good base for your stomach as well.
