Not quite sure. Never heard of him. What state was he born in? That Venezuelan guy was not born in the USA so he could never be president.
But I guess there is some USA born "Hugo Chavez" somewhere. Maybe he's a good bloke. Tell me all about him.

It would mean we had been invaded and conquered and the Constitution had been thrown out, because it says the President must be a natural born citizen of the US.

He would be a real plus for the nation, not only would some of our enemy's hate us, all of our allies would. I know you meant this as a joke but be careful it might happen, oh wait lets see, he wasn't born in America, he is a communist, and radical to say the least. I guess maybe it will not happen!!
