Though there are many movies with the Love at first sight cliche, it is not always true in real life. Ok, at first glance, you liked this girl and felt attracted to her. If you haven't talked to her, you do not know her social skills, her likes, dislikes, her marital status, whether she is looking for a guy, etc. I would suggest that you atleast talk to her and get to know her a bit. What if you go ahead and propose to her, and she accepts, and later, you both find out that you are not compatible. It would be a waste of resources. So, take it slow and first find out more about the girl by talking to her. Then take your decision on whether you still want to propose to her, and execute it.

I think you should get to know the person a little better before you propose. Remember relationships can be difficult. You don't know her personality, you don't know her mood, you don't know if the two of you are compatible. If you are proposing solely on looks, I am not sure if will last. Get to know her before.

So just u wait u will find the right one at the right time believe me u do not want to turn out like Romeo and Juliet

Don't do it. Try arranging a date and continue dating for 2 years or until you (either one of you) decide to end it.
