You caught some malware that has modified your HOSTS file. The easiest way for you to get to it if you dont know what this is...

Download winpatrol for free from http://www.winpatrol.com and install it. Once running, double click on the dog in your system tray. Click on the options tab. Click on "view HOSTS file".

Now, when it opens in Notepad, you have to delete any line EXCEPT ones that start with the # character.

Your first line after the comments at the top should be
127.0.0.1 localhost
This line needs to stay. Everything else can go. SAVE the file. If you then get an alert stating that your HOSTS file has changed, click on OK (cause you just changed it). If you get this warning again, click no as something is trying to change it.

Now then - you need to get rid of the malware or else the problem will return. Use SUPERantispyware, Avast (great free antivirus), Adaware, Spybot search and destroy.

Microsoft has a free program called Windows Defender that will help remove this problem. As well if you have the Yahoo toolbar it has a Scan that will assist you for free. Remove all cookies and saved Internet history files. Hope this helps
