Pelvic floor exercises.
That is squeezing up the vagina and holding for 30 second and releasing for 30 seconds. (just like holding your pee in) increase to 1 minute at a time. This will tone your pelvic area also.

do them excercises, like when u go to pee , in the middle of peeing stop , the same muscle u use to do that, do that several times a day when u are sitting in a chair or what ever and just hold it there, i believe its called kegal excercises so u can look it up if u wish.

Have vaginal repair, called anterior colporrhaphy. Ask your obstetrician about it.
