Tamilnadu govt.avoiding Hindi in tn.?

if they avoid HINDI then why not think abt to teach english more efficent than other state.

y govt thinking to stay in middle of well.
dont they know "HALF KNOWLEDGE IS DANGEROUS"
NOTE:IAM A Tamilian.i like the tn govt.activites apart from this concept!!!!!
