oh, yes, there is! It's called transfer or graphite paper, and you can find it at art supply shops or online. Ask for white transfer paper. If you can't find it, depending on what you are going to use it for, you might be able to make your own with a piece of paper and some chalk. Just rub it on the back of the paper.

yes theer is. thes blue, yellow white and get in local craft and paper store like HOBBY CRAFTS or local stationery store but i doubt they have all the colours. HPBBY CRAFTS wil have tho.
