Unlike "Heatmizer", I've had the opposite experience with my RAZR...I've had it over a year now, the battery life lasts quite awhile for me; it's durable because I've dropped it on concrete a couple of times and still works; and reception depends on where you're at...not the phone necessarily. Over the years I have found Motorola cell phones to be better with reception than Nokia, for example. And that's mostly due to where the antenna is stored in the phone. Hope that helps you a bit. And remember that Cingular is no longer the only carrier with the RAZR.

My razor from Cingular is working great!
I would highly recommend it. The screen

The Razr phone is only average in my opinion.. I've had mine for a year now and will get a new model the next time I renew my cell contract. I have had better reception with other models and the battery life is not great.
