I need help. My sister has substantial evidence that her husband is cheating. Phone calls, sneaking around, not to mention that he hangs out with the town sl*t whom she requested he not hang around. However, she has no actual proof, and it is doubtful she ever will because he is the sneakiest bajastard alive. What should she do?? advice pleeeeeeease.

Hire an investigator to independentely document this otherwise it's just heresay. However I would just leave now. If she knows in her heart he is cheating she is probably right. Why wait for this loser to give her some STD or cost her her life?

I understand what you are saying, I would help her get more proof so things can be settled, Things are very hard for her right now and I think you are being a sis to her but she will need you more so be strong. Here is a tip, get a caller ID box and install it in the attic on the phone line and he will not know this and then once a week check it and see all who has called with out him knowing it, and if you know where town slut lives then ride by for her and let her know when he is there and she can make a surprise visit, if they are not doing anything they should not have a problem with his wife showing up to be with her husband. He may be sneaky but if you and her are persistent then you and her will prevail. Good luck.

Why don't you follow him around and see what you can find out? That could answer the question real easy. If that doesn't work there is always privet ***** that will do the same thing for a price and give pics as proof.

evidence and proof is an important part of finding out if your partner is cheating, and if your sister is planning for divorce then he requires to collect as many evidence as possible, but if she just wanted a simple proof, she actually had it all along... its call the "girl instinct" Nobody knows this best but us... always trust your instinct if she felt she's being cheated then that's a fact, because he really is... girl power! :-) hope your sis will soon be happy... I'll pray for her ...

Adultery is SO hard to prove. Circumstantial evidence means nothing to the law. Courts today will just push for a no fault divorce. Saves them from us airing our "dirty laundry". But if she's determined to try to prove it, she should see a private investigator. Warning! They are very expensive and they won't guarantee to get you the results or evidence you need.

Tell her the cheap way out is to get a nanny cam or a voice activated tape recorder. Best of luck to ya'll.

She needs to serve this idiot a wake up call. It's called "moving on with her life." and stop allowing the town *lut and her so called husband to keep making a complete fool of her.

We all have the most precious gift that is called "free will." That includes making choices for ourselves.

He's not worth it. She is placing herself beneath this man and town *lut .......I guess my question would be why? It can't be for love. This is not love nor a marriage.

If she is that busy looking for proof, the marriage is over anyway. There is no trust...Once she told him NOT to hang around with whom she calls the town slut, the marriage was over. She told him right then and there, "I don't trust you." The town hooch can't have sex with him by herself...she ended it right there.

Hire a private investigator, if there is dirt there, they will uncover it. Or she could have a friend help her spy on him, but it has to be somebody that he doesn't know. Maybe even from a different town.
