HA HA I love this question. Well, actually it was my mothers maroon Ford Taurus, it was actually her but bless her heart let me take it out when I needed it, my first real, real car was given to me by my wonderful Aunt who no longer needed it for it had been a little demolished in the front by a deer, but both headlights worked(for the exception of the right one sometimes burning out or actually falling out)it was maroon with leather seats and all sorts of buttons on a steering wheel, just enough of a distraction for a young teenage driver, oh what fun that car was, leather seats and my best friends in the backseat (with purpose wearing slick wind pants) would whip around in the back skidding over the leather seats and singing our hearts out to whatever was on the radio....(hey thanks for that memory!!)oh it was a Bonneville

My first car was a 1950 Pontiac, and my stepfather bought it for me at a police auction when I was 16, that was 44 years ago. The car was in perfect shape except for a small rusty spot on the rear fender, so shortly after getting it ( being excited over getting my first car and all) I skipped school one day to fix the rusty spot, and when my stepfather found out ( being the assh..e that he was ) he sold the car before I ever got a chance to drive it, but to this day I still take pride in the job that I did on fixing that rusty spot.

My first car was 1986 Pontiac Sunbird hatchback (red) the biggest piece of crap on the planet. Some days it would run and others it wouldn't. If it did start I'd immediately have to start driving it, I'd have to drive it around the block without stopping at any stop signs and if it drove around the block I was good for the day. Unfortunately, I saved money over the summer (when I was sixteen) and paid $1,000 for it-BIG mistake. But I learned an important lesson-when EVERYONE in your life tells you it's not wise to do something-Listen.

I had a Chevy Beretta. It was awful. I save up all of my graduation money to buy a car and my dad talked me into buying it. After I had already given the guy his money and he left, I realized the car was a salvage car. I was so mad. It died on me less than a year later. Oh Well! I learned my lesson.

A purple 1994 GMC Sonoma we called it Barney. My boyfriend and I bought it for $800. It didn't run but he got that bad boy rolling in about a month.(He has been working on cars his whole life) I sold it and got a brand new car but I loved that thing.

1971 Buick Gran Sport. It'd fly!
Got it from a classified ad in Atlanta. The transmission leaked and the guy didn't want to mess with it.
