Tell them heartbreaking news. In the last week and a half I've made my two best guy friends cry several times with bad news, so thats I how make guys cry.

break his heart. my friend broke up with her boyfriend, then a few days later he lost the biggest football game of the year, and that made him cry...in front of everyone...but the whole football team was crying cuz they lost.
