Some are. I'm Jewish and quite multi-racial. Remember, though, Jews and Muslims are joined by their religions and cultural practices -- not race.

You are committing the mistake of confusing religion and race in your question. Muslims are not a race; there are members of most races on this planet following Islam. But if by "Muslims" you really meant Arabs, then yes - Arabs and Jews are related races, both belonging to the Semitic branch of humanity. Their languages are also quite similar, which can be determined by examining the vocabulary.
