I've been with my husband for 12 years and what I love most is when he does things for me to make my day less hectic. He will straighten up the house or take my car and fill it with gas. Buying me gifts doesn't mean as much as the things he does to lighten my load. (We have 4 children) Changing the sheets and making the bed is, believe it or not, a thrill!!!

Do something for her that you used to do in the beginning of your marriage that over the years has some how not become necessary.
Like
bring home some food from the restaurant that was special to you and her.
Put your song on the stereo and ask her to dance,
Take a walk holding hands, and tell her all the ways she makes your life happy
basically any of the things that will show her that she is just as special to you now as she was then.

Well, I'm only 13, but I watch my parents show affection all the time, and they're going to have their 14th on December 4, so it's very close!

Make a romantic candlelit dinner for just you and her after the kids are in bed (if you have kids). Then, turn down the lights and watch a romantic movie together. If she gets hungry, seduce her with something sweet, like chocolate covered strawberries. If she doesn't get hungry during the movie, then save the strawberries for after the movie. Tell her to get her PJ's on and tell her to order 'Room Service'. Say the only choice on the menu is 'Hot Guy with Strawberries', and that she has to order really quickly, as quick as possible ;). After you're done eating, tell her that you love her and that you want to spend the rest of your life with her. Then see where it goes from there!

If you've been a wonderful husband for 13 years, she already knows you love her. If you're just now waking up to the fact that you need to tell you love her, I would suggest going all out: a romantic weekend alone, flowers, an anniversary ring or heart shaped diamond necklace or piece of jewelry to symbolize your feelings. Groveling works if all else fails and congrats on choosing a great woman.

In a room other than the bed room, just say the words. Also do little nice things for her like do dishes or make bed. Tell her how much she means to you and compliment her on the things she does for you.
Congrats and keep going for another 14, 28, or 50 years.

You can arrange a breakfast in bed to start her day. Then have little post it notes all over the place that say little things that you feel, or that you'd like to do for her. For example, "I love the way you smile at me in the morning!" "I've got a surprise waiting for you!" You get the gist....and post these where she will be sure to fine them. On the bathroom mirror, in her purse, in her make-up bag, where ever she goes and does things routinely.
I know that this would definatly make my day! You are a great guy apparently!! :)
