Over the week, I had sex with my girlfriend and tonight she had told me that having sex makes a womens skin better. I have never heard of this but she had said that all women know this.....is this a myth or is this just another thing that men don't know about you women?

I think it is a "good excuse" for having (more ) sex....
I found the other way around: Girls who do like to (or have to do frequently) sex look after their skin better.

It is said that sex helps pimples and blemishes but that is just not for women it is for men too. At the end of the day just wash your face and keep it moisturized and don't forget some sun block

this is a myth. guys just tell this to girls to convince them to have sex with them. your girl just heard this myth, and it happened to coincide with a good skin day.

Anything thing that makes a women happy makes her glow. Bu be aware so does pregnacy..

i know dat sex is d best exercise..but sex for making skin better, dont think so..
