Yes, they are indeed having an affair. But, because they both value their privacy and they both are such workaholics, they decided that no one needed to know that they were an item. So, they are keeping it hush hush. Sometimes, when they are alone, he sometimes refers to her as "Dear", as in endearment. They are not trying to crowd each other. They both know that they have a busy schedule and they may not even see each other the whole day because they are working, but, they are definitely an item.

i think of Grissom is marvelous. i like the secret of him and how sensible he's. So fascinating i like NIck and Greg too. no longer thinking lots of Miami and barely get to computer screen manhattan. do no longer think of it may beat CSI LAS VEGAS...

Yea something happened, but nothing said about it yet except in one episode Sara tells him she won't wait up, cuz he's working all nite.

yes they are having an affair and i really do not think that sara is the woman for him because she carries an awfull lot of baggage about her with her mother trying to kill her and her brother when they were little.

yes they did not show it in the first episode like the tv guide magazine said they did. but the tv guide is rigfht most of the time. not like the gossip mags
