These are both great American classics.

Quinn the Eskimo (The Mighty Quinn) was performed by Manfred Mann's Earth Band. It was actually written by Bob Dylan. I'm sure he performed it too.

Ev'rybody's building the big ships and the boats,
Some are building monuments,
Others, jotting down notes,
Ev'rybody's in despair,
Ev'ry girl and boy
But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here,
Ev'rybody's gonna jump for joy.
Come all without, come all within,
You'll not see nothing like the mighty Quinn.

I like to do just like the rest, I like my sugar sweet,
But guarding fumes and making haste,
It ain't my cup of meat.
Ev'rybody's 'neath the trees,
Feeding pigeons on a limb
But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here,
All the pigeons gonna run to him.
Come all without, come all within,
You'll not see nothing like the mighty Quinn.

A cat's meow and a cow's moo, I can recite 'em all,
Just tell me where it hurts yuh, honey,
And I'll tell you who to call.
Nobody can get no sleep,
There's someone on ev'ryone's toes
But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here,
Ev'rybody's gonna wanna doze.
Come all without, come all within,
You'll not see nothing like the mighty Quinn.

Me and You and a Dog Named Boo was done in the early 70's by a group named Lobo.

I remember to this day the bright red Georgia clay
How it stuck to the tires after the summer rain
Will power made that old car go, a woman's mind told me that's so
Oh how I wish we were back on the road again

/ G - - - C D G - / G - - - D - - - /
/ 1st / G - F - C CD C CD /

{Refrain}
Me and you and a dog named Boo
Travelin' and a livin' off the land
Me and you and a dog named Boo
How I love being a free man

/ C D G - / / / F C G - - - /

I can still recall the wheat fields of Saint Paul
And the morning we got caught robbing from an old hen
Old McDonald, he made us work, but then he paid us for what it was worth
Another tank of gas and back on the road again

{Refrain}

I'll never forget the day we motored stately into big L.A.
The lights of the city put settlin' down in my brain
Though it's only been a month or so that old car's buggin' us to go
We gotta get away and get back on the road again

{Refrain}

Here's part of your answers: Me and You and a Dog Named Boo was orginally sung by Lobo, later by Stonewall Jackson. Feed Jake was sung by Pirates of the Mississippi. For complete lyrics, you can log onto Cowpie Song Corral and search for the titles.
