If you mean your Monitor, well that's what a TV is. Get the right hardware to make the connections, (an antennae) and start watching.
For more advanced, Cable,Sattelite, whatever, you may need a Decoder Box, they call it a Digital Box to enhance your viewing, its just to make sure your paying the bills. Radio Shack and others sell a Black Box,(not the actuall name) widget that will extend your cable or transfer it to another Monitor, but be warned, and get permission from anybody and everybody that you need to.

its simple. first buy a TV Tuner Card (Pinnacle provides a wide variety of tuner cards and softwares by which you could watch and store tv programmes). then attach it to an empty slot in motherboard. connect the TV Cable or Antenna cable in the TV Tuner Card. open the pinnacle software and enjoy.......

alternatively, if you have Broadband or internet connection with higher bandwidth you could also opt for WebTV. Search for 'webtv', there are numerous channels available for both free and premium.

you could also try MTNL's Broadband offer which provides IPTV and video on demand.
