Your Wireless Network is sorting out some required information as it need to get a Network Address. This may stay on some time when your first connect, usually a few seconds. I'd check your settings on both Wireless Hardware if it is showing after several Minutes, and Consult your Documentation.

Your Wireless hardware has to have different Network Address to your Wired hardware. This is normal even if the hardware is on the same computer.

synchronism loss , reduce the connection speed to some lower value.
